Our story
Renting a home should be simple. It's where life happens. Yet the moment you try to move into one, the system works against you: weeks of waiting, documents re-sent, a guarantor you may not have, and a dozen companies none of whom remember you exist.
We think that's unacceptable. The place you live is too important to run on paperwork and guesswork. So we rebuilt the one moment everyone passes through, the reference, verified from live bank data in seconds rather than assembled from documents anyone can fake.
From that one verified moment we protect the tenancy, solve the guarantor problem, and handle the payments, each on infrastructure we own rather than rented from someone else. One relationship that gets more useful the longer you're with it.
